I'm not gonna be all about that 'girls are funny' south park bullshit, of course women can rap, I don't believe anyone thinks that they can't, but the thing is the ratio of females to male rappers, is dumb retarted apart. so I wanna do a public service to all of you who need to be proven that girls can and do R A P. so, this is my personal taste with some old and new favourites

I wanna start the list with a recent find, because I really feel that, with all the respect I have for the rappers who have been doing this for a long time, we need T H I S , her voice is just like I don't even know I wanna float on a cloud and smoke a blunt and just listen to her all day, it's chill, vibey but exciting in a lowkey way that just makes me smile from ear to ear.

K r e a y s h a w n I don't even know what to say about this one, she is so badass and still manages to be pop and underground at the same time , you see her music videos and wanna be her best friend, colourful, energetic and sassy as fuck

M i s s y E l i o t t my all time favourite femcee, even b4 I was ever into making my own music, b4 I ever first thought about rap, I used to be obessed with her music, I used to dance to hiphop and she was my number one inspiration when I would dance, her music was always the freshest , hyper, upbeat, feminist without even trying , basically boss music to prove she's still as relevant and as dope as ever, hail the Queen's 2017 hit 'I'm Better' , cause she is <3 I ' m B e t t e r

I first saw Karmin on youtube covering hip hop and rap hits such as Chris Brown's 'Look at me now" and Lil Wayne's '6 foot 7 foot' when I saw karmin had started uploading original content I felt blessed to have been introduced to this world of new and exciting hiphop that I had felt welcomed me in open arms regardless of skin colour or gender. ok but that was then, and then was Karmin , now to introduce you to Qveen Herby ,

N i c k i M i n a j The ultimate boss , I don't know what to tell you . it's not about her being the best , it's about her knowing she is the best. she is confident, sexy, sassy, fun, beautiful, theatrical, fashionable, an all around Icon. she is not afraid of being loud and to call the shots, and she doesn't let the label female rapper control her, she controlls it. I am obviouly head over heels for this Queen

M a l i i b u M i i t ch I don't know much about this artist, I just heard this one song and I really liked what I heard, very fun and catchy song, really dig her deep dark yet sweet tone of voice . I'll be on the lookout for more from her, I believe you should too G w a p a m o l e
I g g y A z a l e a the honest truth is I can't really get myself to listen to any new Iggy Azalea songs since she started getting big, I know it sounds like an asshole hipster thing to say, and maybe it is. but I just don't feel it anymore

I know, I know .. everyone's already talking about her I'll tell you what, it's probably her energy and tough sound. when she raps I feel personally attacked, which not surprisngly I enjoy. she has this dark aggressive bossy energy that if she channels well I believe can take her not only very far but also make huge statements, hopefully she's got more to say , because so far we got a lot of rappers with the right energy and flow but so little of them also find something or even try to write about something meaningful . so this is Cardi B's hit, u already know B o d a k Y e l l o w
S y d ( T h e I n t e r n e t) I love her . her vibe is so uniquely her own I sincerly don't have the right words cause her voice is like more than angelic but also her rap flow has this organic groove like she was born rhyming rapping and vocalizing. She floats on a beat like no one else

T o m m y G e n e s i s she confuses me , on the one hand it feels to me like one of these artists that has more to say than what she literally says in her lyrics and then I listen to a different song of hers and think naaa she is just an Icon it's not about the meaning, so yeah I guess ther's more to know but I know one thing for (almost) sure , this song is

L a d y L e s h u r r ok, like most humans I've got a thing for foreign accents and even though everything in english is technically a foreign accent for me based on my geographic location, Lady Leshurr's accent especially catches my ear and attention, you take that into the equation mixed with her sassy burns about almost everyone and how she doesn't seem to fear anyone and that is why she is on that list Q u e e n ' s S p e e c h E p . 4
E v e Ok. Eve was not intended to be on that list. and the reason is kinda because when I was into her music I had literally no idea what rap is, I didn't know rap was a thing, really . I just remember seeing her music video on mtv and thinking how so crazy cool she is and feminine but in charge , I don't recall ever seeing anything like that b4. in a way she is my first favourite EVEr, I guess T a m b o u r i n e

Aaaaararagg I can't believe I almost left out the most important one. Ok , this lady for me is a symbol , I call her lady because she carries herself with a lot of elegance but I have to say that she is also a very feisty one and very very brave. for all I know she only has 2 singles launched. but they are enough to give you a glimpse at her power , and make you realize you need more
